Company Description Operations Manager Position Overview The Manager of Operations is the school's execution owner for core operational systems that enable high-quality teaching and learning. This role ensures reliable front office operations, accurate student information systems, strong attendance and enrollment processes, and well-coordinated day-to-day logistics that support students, families, and staff. Reporting to the School Leader (Principal), the Manager of Operations partners with school leadership and regional operations to implement established systems with fidelity, maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service, and resolve operational breakdowns in real time.
