Job Description General Definition of Work Under general supervision, the Coordinator, Operations Staffing coordinates the recruitment, pre-employment, onboarding, and development of staff for the Operations Division. As a retention strategy, builds relationships with staff to help them navigate the district and support them in their role. Supports the Operations Division to carry out the Board of Education's policies and procedures related to pre-employment and other human resources-related functions.
