The Operations and Engagement Associate helps bring CGLR's Learning and Engagement Opportunities (LEO) framework to life by coordinating the operations, communications, and technical execution that make virtual learning experiences feel polished, welcoming, and easy to access. This role supports the Chief Learning Officer and a distributed team to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions that connect leaders nationwide and advance early school success for children and families.
