Grading Operations Manager Full Description As the Grading Operations Manager, you will oversee all grading operations across AoPS offerings, ensuring that student homework is graded accurately, returned with high-quality feedback, completed within expected timelines, and that academic integrity review processes are consistently and fairly applied. You will manage and develop a team of Specialists and part-time staff, build cross-functional relationships to align grading priorities with other teams, and drive continuous improvement of grading processes across AoPS offerings.
