Job Description The MDM and Lab Operations Specialist, reporting to the AAD Director of IT, will manage the college’s endpoint environment and provide hands-on technical support across the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design’s computer labs. This role combines endpoint and mobile device management â€" using Microsoft Intune, HCL BigFix, and JAMF â€" with direct operational support for student computing labs serving the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design.
