The Director of Operations, AoPS Online is responsible for the operational health, quality, and scalability of AoPS's Online School and Virtual Campus. This role leads the Online Instruction and Operations teams and serves as the primary operational partner to cross-functional teams including Education, Product, Marketing, Growth, and Customer Service. The Director sets and drives execution of operational strategy, ensures Online programs deliver a consistently high-quality student experience, and builds the systems, staffing, and scheduling capacity needed to support continued growth.
