The Network Director of Operations for HS is principally responsible for leading all operations at Democracy Prep's High Schools. The Network Director of Operations is responsible for providing high-quality coaching and leadership to the operations managers at all high schools, driving toward success on all operations KPIs through coaching of operations leaders and the oversight of smooth systems.
