Senior Director of School Engagement (Sales Western Region) Fully Remote • Indianapolis, IN Description OVERVIEW The Sr. Director of School Engagement leads and manages a team responsible for driving new business and expanding access to Project Lead The Way (PLTW) Programs and Services. This role provides high-level sales support, oversees large-scale sales initiatives, and executes state and regional campaigns to drive adoption and meet revenue goals. The Sr. Director leverages sales leadership expertise to drive results, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment, optimize strategies, and support long-term customer success. Regular travel required. This remote role requires a home office within the assigned geographic territory to ensure effective customer support and facilitate travel throughout the region.
