Job Description The Amherst-Pelham Regional School District is seeking a highly skilled adjustment counselor/504 Coordinator for the high school to provide in-school counseling services for students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. The School Adjustment Counselor will also work with students on Section 504 plans and chair meetings. The caseload will be focused on providing counseling services for students with IEPs who receive counseling services and may include Tier 2 counseling. The Counselor will partner with other school personnel to meet the needs of the students in the school. This is a full time position. Job Description The Amherst Public School District is seeking full time paraeducators to work in our elementary Intensive Needs Program with students with multiple disabilities including autism, cognitive impairments, health impairments, or other disabilities. This position includes providing direct support and instruction to student(s) at developmentally appropriate levels under the direction of a special education teacher.
