Job Description BEDFORD PUBLIC SCHOOLS Bedford, Massachusetts Preventive Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Five (5) years of years increasingly responsible experience in a variety of the building maintenance trades. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal record check (CORI & SORI) and a successful completion of a pre-placement medical exam. Expertise in emergency and routine repairs, preventive maintenance, constructing, installing, maintaining and repairing roofs, floors, walls, ceilings, doors and windows glazing, screens, cabinets, counters furniture, applying interior and exterior coatings to buildings and equipment.
