Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Provide therapeutic interventions to foster students' social-emotional and cognitive-behavioral development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Advocate for students' social-emotional and cognitive-behavioral skills development. Provide individual and group sessions that teach and roleplay social, emotional, and behavioral skills to students identified through the MTSS Process. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and key stakeholders to develop and implement behavior intervention plans and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships. Document in the appropriate electronic system on students' behavior, interventions, and ongoing interactions with students.
