Job Description Title: Maintenance Technician Reports To: Director of Buildings & Grounds Work Year: 12 months Pay: Direct Deposit the last day of the month SUMMARY: Under the Director of Building and Grounds, work within the framework of district policy, Maintenance performs skilled work in the general maintenance and repair of site and building infrastructure. Specific assignments are received in the form of oral or written preventive maintenance instructions or Help Desk Tickets. EDUCATION AND RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent.
