Job Description The Guidance Counselor will work to advance a shared understanding of the diverse, ever-changing and complex social and emotional needs of the school community. The Guidance Counselor will participate in and facilitate groups, meetings and serve as a liaison for families/caregivers, community stakeholders, teachers and other staff in order to best meet the needs of the student body.
