Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist - Contract Position Mountain Discovery Charter School is looking for a part time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) as an independent contractor. This is open untilled filled. General Description The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide services that meet the requisite standard established by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association AND the State of North Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (and any minimum standards set by the facility for such personnel); arrange convenient appointment times for intervention, communication with families, and follow-up services; initiate communication with other service providers and teachers to assure continuity of care; and provide all diagnostic screening, evaluations and treatments as set forth by the facility and utilizing approved forms of documentation.
