Job Description General Definition of Work The supervisor of equipment maintenance, under minimal supervision, performs supervisory work with limited decision-making discretion related to managing the vehicular/equipment maintenance program at CMS Building Services repair facility. The role will provide supervision, training, and evaluation of all fleet maintenance personnel assigned as well as complete mechanical maintenance and repair activities. The supervisor of equipment maintenance is also responsible for the administration of shop economic policies and site organization which meet the needs of the schools, departments, and programs served by the site.
