Job Description | POSITION Unpaid Support Desk Technician Intern (Up to 3 positions) | LOCATION D Russel Lee Building | GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Support Desk Technician Intern will be one of the primary technicians for students' technology needs at D. Russel Lee and School of the Arts. Interns will: respond to "tickets" generated either from walk-up requests or online through the ticketing system; diagnose and recommend repairs; and work on special technology-related assignments. Students will be provided with Butler Tech shirts and a set of computer tools which they will be allowed to keep upon completion of their internship. Interns will work between 8 and 20 hours a week.
