Job Description Advocate for Communication. Empower Student Voices. Keene Middle School is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant, high-energy team. In this role, you will help students navigate the critical transition from foundational language to the complex academic and social communication skills required for young adulthood. Your caseload will cover a diverse range of needs, from mild speech/language challenges to severe communication barriers, with a heavy focus on bridging the gap between individualized goals and real-world independence. Key areas of intervention include strengthening reading comprehension, mastering figurative language, and coaching students on the executive functioning skills necessary for organization and self-regulation.
