Job Description Position: Master Maintenance Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in the English language. Demonstrates ability to perform semi-skilled and/or skilled repairs of school district facilities/property and ground maintenance. Valid Florida drivers license, and within one (1) year obtain a CDL Class A or B drivers license. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Ability to return to work for unscheduled hours in an emergency and/or work overtime when necessary. Demonstrates ability to work with diverse groups. Ability to work independently. Ability to assist and/or deliver basic work related instruction to entry or basic skill level employees. Successful completion of related coursework equivalent to 240 hours or 12 college credits.
