Job Description POSITION PURPOSE: Provides speech screenings to children. Refers children and their parents to community agencies and professionals as appropriate. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs speech screenings for children ages 2.5 -5.11 years Assists in the coordination of Child Find and referral process Works with community agencies to provide services/programs to meet needs of children inside/outside of the school environment. Cooperates with school personnel in identifying and meeting social, emotional, and physical needs of children.
