Job Description Title Code: Temp: Community School Liaison JOB SUMMARY Serves as the link between the community school and the school community and as a point of contact for the school administrators, staff, parents, and community school program managers. Mentors and/or tutors small groups, works with families at the school and in the community, and participates in activities that support students and their education ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Works to support students and families within the Community School catchment area. Monitors and/or mentors an identified group of students and caregivers. Coordinates group sessions and maintains and submits timely reports detailing student participation and outcomes.
