Job Description JOB SUMMARY: This person performs all office functions for the elementary school. Responsible for keeping the elementary principal informed of all situations affecting the school and handling routine activities/situations in the principal's absence. REPORTS TO: The elementary principal TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full time, Monday through Friday, 225 days per year; Breaks; Monday - Thursday, 10 hours per day. EVALUATION: Yearly first two years, then every three years following satisfactory evaluation. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to pass a background check. Education: Required: Must be a high school graduate or have a G.E.D. equivalent. Preferred: One year of additional technical/business training or equivalent.
