Job Description Assignment: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday - Friday Summer Break, Winter Break and Spring Break - 4 days/week; 10 hr/days Possibility of 3rd shift assignment from November 1 - April 30 each year Reports to Manager of Building and Grounds or Manager assigned by District Salary/Benefit Information : Midland City Educational Support Personnel Association (MCESPA) Collective Bargaining Agreement Function: The grounds employee has direct responsibility for the care, maintenance, protection and preservation of all areas affecting the outside conditions of school buildings, auxiliary buildings and surrounding grounds. The position requires the ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment including, but not limited to, loaders, large commercial mowers, forklifts and other heavy equipment. Background and experience in the operation and maintenance of snow removal equipment, four wheel drive trucks, tractors and light gasoline-powered equipment is preferred....
