Job Description Description: The Pickerington Local School District seeks qualified applicants for a BCBA for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidates must have strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Job Goal: To provide high-quality, data-driven ABA services that address behavioral barriers to learning through comprehensive assessment, evidence-based intervention, and collaborative staff coaching to ensure student progress in the least restrictive environment. Qualifications: Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Ohio Teaching Certificate/License. Master's Degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders including those on the Autism Spectrum.
