Job Description Austin Preparatory School seeks a collaborative, student-centered Teaching and Learning Specialist to join the Richard J. Meelia '67 Center for Integrated Learning. Reporting to the Director of the Integrated Learning, this position supports students with documented learning differences by ensuring accommodations are effectively implemented while partnering with faculty and families to promote student success. The successful candidate will embrace and advance the mission of Austin Prep while supporting its Roman Catholic identity and Augustinian heritage. The Teaching and Learning Specialist manages a caseload of students with documented learning differences by reviewing educational evaluations, developing accommodation plans, and ensuring accommodations are consistently implemented.
