Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION : This position is responsible for overseeing and performing plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs across district facilities. This role ensures compliance with safety standards and plumbing codes while coordinating with other trades and supervising plumbing personnel. REPORTS TO : Senior Director of Maintenance Trades SALARY SCHEDULE : 107 WORK DAYS : 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education Level: Required: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution or equivalent technical certificates or vocational license in plumbing trade, OR Formal training as a plumber or equivalent journeyman level plumbing experience above 10 years.
