We are looking for a reflective practitioner who collaborates effectively with colleagues and understands the varied needs of middle school students. The ideal candidate is someone who is interested in building a positive school culture, rapport with students, facilitating community-building circles, collaborating with classroom teachers, and working with the School Culture Team to execute student support plans and respond to teachers' requests for support to assist with student co-regulation and re-engaging students back in class after interventions.
