Job Description The Springfield City School District is seeking a School Counselor for the Horace Mann Elementary School level. We service approximately 8,000 students and are dedicated to providing an education for all students. Our students represent our whole community and we value the racial, ethnic and socioeconomic diversity of our student body. We've invested in new technology and many up-to-date text books and tools for our teachers and other staff. Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor's of Art with licensure in School Counseling and five (5) years of previous counseling experience. Candidate must be experienced in working with urban youth and have knowledge and experience with urban schooling.
