Job Description Summary: School Social Workers strengthen the district's mission by providing services that enhance home, school, and community partnerships. The School Social Worker will address barriers that interfere with student performance and achievement by bringing stakeholders together while creating an environment that is conducive to effective problem solving and learning. The School Social Worker will help students and families with learning, behavior, and/or attendance concerns. The School Social Worker will work independently under the supervision of site principals and the Supervisor of School Social Work Services.
