Job Description July 28, 2026 A N T I C I P A T E D V A C A N C Y The following 10-month, Level 2 position is available for the 26-27 school year: Library Clerk Wayne Elementary School 7 hours/day, 221 days/year Qualifications: High school diploma Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and vendors in person, on the phone and via email Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask Knowledge of Destiny Library System and ACCESS PA Preferred Knowledge of library technical processing Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and database management Prerequisite skills testing Prior experience in a library setting desirable Essential Functions: Processing of books and audio-visual materials Prepare all purchase orders electronically.
