Job Description Behavior Technician (BT) Areas of Responsibility Responsible for monitoring the behavior and activities of students experiencing behavioral or social difficulties; reports any concerns regarding the health, safety, or well-being of a student to the appropriate party. Serves as a positive role model; utilizes approved behavior modification techniques to help students learn desirable behaviors; provides positive reinforcement and support to students. Conducts and participates in basic academic and behavioral activities. Assists in the planning and implementation of individual plans; supports student goals, and encourages and assists students in achieving their goals.
