Job Description Position Summary The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct behavioral and instructional support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional. The RBT assists in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill-acquisition programs that help students succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally within the school setting.
