Job Description Job Summary As a BCaBA, you will provide high-quality, school-based ABA services to students and a supervision to RBT's. You will be responsible for the "whole child" approach, from initial assessments to the supervision of behavior technicians, all while working within a collaborative school system. You are required to have timely Medicaid billing for services and prompt data collection on student behaviors. Task Completion Provide direct student instruction, and assist staff with implementation, in one-on-one and group settings. Follow prescribed behavior skills acquisition and behavior change protocols. Assist with preparing materials as necessary. Prepare, collect, analyze data on observable student behavior.
