Job Description General Summary: The Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the middle school food service program. This position ensures the preparation and service of nutritious, high-quality meals in a safe, clean, and efficient environment while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local health and nutrition regulations. The Food Service Manager supervises cafeteria staff, manages inventory and food ordering, maintains accurate records, and promotes positive customer service for students, staff, and visitors.
