In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others with a dynamic team by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! The Susan Wayne Center of Excellence (SWCE) provides intensive, staff secure, educational and living experiences for male and female adolescents intended to cultivate excellence in all areas of growth and functioning, while preparing them for increased independence as they move into young adulthood. We are located on thirty-eight acres of property in beautiful Thompson, CT. Thompson is centrally located, 25 minutes south of Worcester, MA and 40 minutes west of Providence, RI. The program serves 33 adolescents with developmental disabilities who range in age from 10-21.
