Job Description Title Administrative Assistant-Part Time Reports To Director of Student Support Programs, Chief Academic Officer Scheduled Days As per employment contract FLSA Status Non-Exempt Job Summary Supports the day-to-day operations of Federal and State Programs and the Academic Services Department. Primary Duties • Maintain and reconcile financial records, including disbursements, accounts payable, payroll, and purchase orders • Prepare and process credit card charges, compile data, and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions • Process payroll and assist with related financial documentation and reporting • Maintains polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail • Anticipates the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience • Handles office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies • Directs visitors to appropriate departments, rooms for meetings and trainings •...
