Job Description Maintenance Worker - FT inc. benefits Candidate must possess a strong electrical background to troubleshoot, repair and must hold an electrical certification. Candidate must have 5 years of experience in HVAC repair. Must have knowledge with refrigerant charging, recovery and leak detection as well as boilers, motors, cooling towers and water source heat pumps. Ability to work unassisted and be able to lift 50lbs unassisted. Hrs. 7:30am - 3:00pm. (Subject to adjustment by Facilities Director) Must have valid DL. Applicants will be tested prior to the interview. Position(s) will be open until filled. Multiple positions may be available. Interviews may begin immediately.
