Job Description Position: Finance Manager Work Schedule: 8 hours a day 7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday 52 weeks per year Reports to: Director of Food Services Salary: Based on experience Summary: Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records for Food Service Department. Strong Excel experience necessary. Handle phone and visitor communication with parents, school officials and Food Service employees. Assist in resolving problems. Verify payroll reports from Administration Building Accounts Receivable/Payable 1. Enter receipts into Financial program 2. Verify and process invoices from all vendors 3.
