Job Description Information Technology Technician - Level I Non-union, at-will position POSITION SUMMARY: Provide users with technology support and education while contributing to and aligning with the Strategic Plan of St. Clair County RESA (SCCRESA). The Level I Technician delivers Helpdesk assistance to SCCRESA and its clients through hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, problem resolution, asset management, infrastructure support, and project initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree preferred, but not required. Verifiable equivalent experience will substitute for A minimum of one (1) year of experience with multi-platform networks and multi-vendor hardware and software systems is required. Proficient skills using Google Suite and Microsoft Office are required.
