Job Description Title Code: Specialist: Family Navigator JOB SUMMARY As part of the Community School team, the family navigator works to help identify and arrange for the delivery of Blueprint Community School wrap-around services that best support families, including early learners, within a school community. Collaborates with school leadership and the community school program manager, district staff, and community partners to create and/or identify services related to family and early childhood engagement, adult education and workforce development, parenting workshops, physical and behavioral health services, and early childhood programming that support kindergarten readiness.
