Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for supporting the overall operation, maintenance, and repair of school facilities. This role works under the direction of the Director of Facilities and in collaboration with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and carpenters) to ensure buildings and systems are safe, functional, and well-maintained. As a secondary responsibility, this position performs painting and surface finishing tasks, including preparation, application, and maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces to support the appearance and longevity of school facilities.
