Job Description Special Education Elementary 15:1 Program-Standards Based LOCATION: Transit Middle School DATES: July 6 - August 14 (Monday through Friday for six weeks) July 2 (setup) STUDENT HOURS: 8:30am - 2:30pm REQUIREMENTS: Valid NYS certification in Special Education, K-12; possession of a Master's degree in Special Education. Possess experience in Special Education, as well as comprehensive knowledge relative to working with students who present with significant learning delays, as well as difficulties managing behavior, coping with frustration, following multi-step directions and/or regulating emotion.
