Job Description 35 hours/week 7:30am - 3:00pm - inclusive of 1/2 hour unpaid lunch 12 months per school year The NYS HELPS (Hiring for Emergency Limited placement Program Statewide) is a NYS program that allows civil service agencies to hire qualified permanent employees quickly and without requiring them to take a competitive civil service exam. It was created to help agencies fill critical vacancies by streamlining the appointment process, though candidates must still meet all other minimum qualifications for the job. Specific duties related to this position include but are not limited to: Support all facets of the CPSE and CSE processes.
