Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of air filters, as well as the documentation of all services performed. The technician will identify and report potential system issues to prevent costly repairs and equipment breakdowns.

Job Description General Definition of Work The supervisor of equipment maintenance, under minimal supervision, performs supervisory work with limited decision-making discretion related to managing the vehicular/equipment maintenance program at CMS Building Services repair facility. The role will provide supervision, training, and evaluation of all fleet maintenance personnel assigned as well as complete mechanical maintenance and repair activities. The supervisor of equipment maintenance is also responsible for the administration of shop economic policies and site organization which meet the needs of the schools, departments, and programs served by the site. Employee performs district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Director of Maintenance Engineering.
