Job Description Job Summary Position is responsible for providing a variety of skilled work related to the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Essential Duties Requires proper inspection of all heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Assist in the installation and maintenance of all HVAC equipment according to manufacturers' operation and maintenance manuals. Must be capable of replacing worn drive belts and properly adjust belt tension and align pulleys for proper wear.
