Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse Position Seeking compassionate and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 direct medical/health care support to medically fragile students during the school day. Ventilator, tracheostomy and g-tube experience is ideal, however training will also be provided if needed. The ideal candidate will also need to be CPR/BLS certified.? LPN will provide medical support which includes managing ventilator support, tracheostomy suctioning and possible tracheostomy changes, G-tube monitoring and care along with oral feeds, responding to medical emergencies, bathroom hygiene care, and good documentation skills. The individual will also need strong communication skills and be able to work independently within the school setting, also including having reliable attendance and working as a team with other school disciplines.?
