Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Technician will be responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of air filters, as well as the documentation of all services performed.
