Job Description Chichester School District Job Description Job Title: Maintenance - Class 'A' SUMMARY Performs a variety of maintenance and repair work relating to one of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and environmental. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Working knowledge of the following: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, & HVAC Complete assigned trade work orders as designated by supervisor. Complete all non-trade assignments as designated by supervisor (similar to general duties of Class 'B' employees). Repairs/restrings blinds. Repairs fencing. Continually update supervisor concerning preventative maintenance needs. Maintain an inventory of supplies and repair parts within trade. Keep current on all Federal, State and Local Laws pertaining to trade. Remove snow with and without tractors; cut grass....
