Job Description Job Summary The Adult Basic Education/GED® teacher is responsible for a multi-level class of adult learners. Position is responsible for instructing a cohort of at least 15 adult learners in reading, writing, and mathematical content knowledge to improve basic skills and/or prepare for a GED® credential. Essential Duties Planning and implementation of instructional activities for a cohort of adult learners preparing for a GED®, Career Readiness Certificate (CRC), Digital Literacy, professional soft-skill credentials and an industry certification at an accelerated pace in partnership with the Virginia Community College System.
