Job Description Description: The Technology Department Tier 1 Specialist at Momence CUSD #1 will fulfill an important role. This individual will perform typical duties and assist the Technology Director where necessary. Technical prowess and proficiency with some computer systems administration tasks. Provide first level support to end users on some systems, as well. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Perform routine office duties such as filing, telephone answering, and guest reception 2. Assist Technology director with scheduling of meetings and other department specific activities 3. Help maintain and audit the technology physical inventory 4. Communicate with vendors and other third parties as necessary to coordinate repairs, quotes, and orders 5.
