Job Description The Enrichment & Pre-K Aftercare Support Aide plays a vital role in supporting student safety, behavior management, and active engagement across multiple grade levels. Working part-time, Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM, this role bridges elementary enrichment instruction and early childhood aftercare support. From 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, the Aide supports our Elementary School (K-2) Enrichment Dance program. From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the Aide transitions to leading supervision and structured activities for our Pre-K aftercare program.
